解釋◎ 百日維新 Bǎirì Wéixīn
[Reform move ment of 1898 Led by Kang Youwei and Liang Qichao] 即戊戌變法。因此次變法從頒佈新政到失敗只103天,故稱百日維新(詳見“戊戌變法”)
