一种汉语特有的隐语。通常由两个部分组成，前半部如同前提，作为引导；后半部则像说明，为表达的重点。其特色在于使语言表达过程中，产生隐诲、恍悟与暂停、豁然的效果。若运用得当，可使意念的说明诙谐灵动，妙趣横生。

如：「十五个吊桶──七上八下」、「姜太公钓鱼──愿者上钩」。
